  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Management or other related fields
  • With at least 5 years’ experience as Compliance Officer
  • Must possess sound strategic thinking and must exhibit strong leadership and management ability.
  • Technical knowledge in different fields of law.
  • Organizational skills in relation to documentation and work processes.
  • Brilliant oral and written communication skills. 
  • Resourceful, highly-analytical with strong attention to detail.

 

Agency Development Specialist – Visayas

  • Graduate of 4-year business or marketing course from a reputable university
  • With at least 1-2 years of sales training/marketing gained from financial services industry and/or other sales-oriented organizations
  • Above average written and verbal communication skills and with above average public speaking skills
  • Willing to travel, proficient in Windows Office applications and requires minimum supervision
  • Preferably with existing manpower and has passed IIAC/IC exams

 

Agency Development Specialist – Central Luzon

  • Graduate of 4-year business or marketing course from a reputable university
  • With at least 1-2 years of sales training/marketing gained from financial services industry and/or other sales-oriented organizations
  • Above average written and verbal communication skills and with above average public speaking skills
  • Willing to travel, proficient in Window’s Office applications and requires minimum supervision
  • Preferably with existing manpower and has passed IIAC/IC exams

 

Software Developer

  • Graduate of BS Computer Science or Engineering or any 4-year IT Related Course
  • With at least 6 months .Net C# actual experience
  • With demonstrated abilities in custom software analysis, design and development and with good knowledge in Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience in life insurance system/s is an advantage

 

Agency Relations and Productivity Specialist

  • Graduate of 4-year Marketing or Psychology Course
  • With at least 1-2 year/s of sales/training/marketing experience gained from financial services industry and/or other sales-oriented organization
  • A people-person with above average written and verbal communication skills, adept with interview process, highly organized and analytical with attention to details
  • Willing to travel, proficient in Windows Office Application and requires minimum supervision

 

Alternative Channel Development Specialist

  • Graduate of 4-year Business or Marketing course from a reputable university
  • With at least 1-2 year/s of relevant experience gained from financial services industry and/or other sales-oriented organization
  • Demonstrated skills in B2B marketing, benefit packaging, corporate account management and financial needs analysis.
  • Can work with minimum supervision and trust worthy

 

Reliever

  • Graduate of any Business or Marketing Course
  • Preferably with at least 1 year work experience
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Willing to be assigned in our Ortigas Branch
