Simple and convenient—Choose among First Life’s online and over-the-counter payment options to pay for your premiums

Pay Online via First Life Payment System

This option accepts Philippine Peso payments only

Only Philippine Peso payments are accepted in banks, bills payment centers and online.

For US Dollar payments, please visit a First Life branch or schedule a payment pickup.

Choose our First Life Payment System to pay via your Visa or Mastercard credit card or your UnionBank Online account.

For Existing Policy

1. Go to firstlife-online.com.ph/FirstLifePay. Select “Individual Policy,” then click “Next.”

2. On the next screen, select “Existing Policy Premium,” then click “Next.”

3. On the next screen, enter your policy number, then click “Next.”

If you have entered a valid application number, the next screen should show the insured’s details with other form fields:

Note: For variable life policies, you might see a slightly different screen:

Simply take note of the notice and proceed as usual.

4. Enter the amount to be paid, payor’s email address and mobile number. You will receive payment acknowledgement via the email address and mobile number you entered, so please make sure that the details you enter here are accurate. Entering remarks is optional. Click “Next” once you’ve verified all information.

5. On the next screen, review all the details shown. Once done, accomplish the reCAPTCHA, and then click “Submit.”

You will be redirected to UPay by UnionBank, First Life’s payment partner:

6. On UPay’s page, check if all information is accurate, then click “Continue to Payment Options.”

On the next screen, choose which mode of payment you prefer:

Pay with your Debit or Credit Card

1. Click the “Debit/Credit Card” option.

2. On the next screen, enter your credit card details and check the checkbox for UnionBank’s Privacy Policy. Then, click ”Confirm Payment.”

Depending on your bank, you might be redirected to a new page confirming your transaction (asking for a one-time password or a mobile confirmation). If this happens, simply follow the instructions that will show up on your screen to confirm your payment.

Paying with your UnionBank Account

1. Click the “UnionBank Online” option.

2. On the next screen, review your details and check the checkbox for UnionBank’s Privacy Policy. Then, click ”Continue to UnionBank Online.”

You will be redirected to UnionBank’s login screen:

3. Enter your UnionBank account username and password, check and solve the reCAPTCHA, and then click “Log In.”

4. On the next screen, click on the account that you want to pay with.

5. On the next screen, click “Authorize.”

6. On the next screen, you will be asked for a one-time password (OTP). Check the mobile number registered to your UnionBank account for an SMS message with an OTP. Enter the OTP you received, and then click “Submit” to proceed with the payment.
